The most ambitious feature of this mod yet, and will require an entire update for itself. - While drinking (if in third person) the player will now also play the appropriate drinking animations. On the contrary, if the player isn't currently doing a Dawnguard quest (not at Forebears Holdout, the Volkihar Undercroft, Soul Cairn, etc) almost all of Laura Bailey's lines (except for some radiant player-initiated conversations are disabled in place of Kerstyn's recorded lines. This is to prevent narrative whiplash; like how Serana could comment on your romance when the Archmage just died. - (For the ESL Version) Moved forward armor keyword changes (already present in Crimson Blood ESL versions), updated the keywords, dropped the armor rating to the same as the original light armor file, Minor update with small fixes and optimizations, - Tweaked conditions on daily adventuring conversation to increase likehood of the prompt to appear, - Moved "Let's call it a day" dialogue to it's own consolidated branch, as it didn't really make sense for it to be with the more extensive conversations, - Some minor backend tweaks to help make future mod development easier, - Partial implementation of lockpicking commentary (disabled for now). Regardless, Serana will not want to go in that house at any cost because of Molag Bal's history with her family. - Serana can now ask the player if they're in the mood for lovemaking (every 2 days or so). - New romance content towards the earlier parts of Serana's romance plotline. It's intended for her to stop her headtracking and just look forward, which works sometimes. - Tweaked injured dialogue to have it occur more frequently, - Serana should no longer repeat her angry dialogue after Ustengrav, should the player have chosen the angry choice as well, - Serana should no longer comment on the Ancestor Glade if she's never been there yet. - Auri Banter. An expansion of Serana's dialogue and NPC features to make her a more immersive follower. This has been fixed. Now there's a voiced conversation behind it, and an in-game reason why it's in place. - Backend improvements for how Serana Romance quests are numbered. (PC only, due to how detecting player dialogue status is an SKSE function), - Serana should get irritated less often now when you bump into her while sneaking. You can now teach her spells (from a select list of vanilla spells). This is to make it less intrusive when it first fires, and to have it be friendlier for VR users. This way, you should almost exclusively hear Laura Bailey's voice lines during Dawnguard quests, and for everything out of those quests, Kerstyn's lines. Non-married, but boyfriend/girlfriend players can still experience future quests like Trust or the Bannered Mare date, just with minor tweaks and changes to dialogue to accomodate whether or not the players have chosen to marry Serana. - Removed dialogue cooldown for Serana recap dialogue. Just speak to Serana (as long as you know the spell) and you can teach it to her right away. Serana Dialogue Add-On is highly acclaimed and also featured in Forbes magazine. PLEASE heed this advice as if you don't, you might run into some weird and annoying wonkiness. She will say yes or no depending on whether she's good with it or not. - Flower Girls animation support innately added to SDA, without requiring a plugin patch. This is to help iron out the writing quality of the mod overall, and make it generally fit in better with Serana's vanilla depiction in Dawnguard. - Fixed bug where Nightshade would just randomly teleport to Phoenix. The friendship requirement stays the same. She is the Serana in Laura Bailey's absence. However, unlike Serana Spell Selector, I don't edit Serana's base NPC record! - (SSE Only) Repackaged BSA. - Backend tweaks for the future implementation of an awesome new feature, allowing Serana's base dialogue animations to change based on her current mood! I want to be sure the player hears what she has to say. (However, due to how wonky vanilla radiant pathfinding is, I suggest you save before doing this; if Serana's AI messes up, you can reload the save and try again, or just pick a different option). - The romance quests can be experienced regardless of which side you choose in Dawnguard. - Repurposed existing SDA conversations ((Stories on the Island, Shop, "How does it feel to be a vampire" dialogue) for Drinking Buddies- you can now talk to Serana about these topics through the Drinking Buddies feature! NOTE: This dialogue really is just for a role-play purpose. Volkihar side coming later. Makes it so that Serana can snuggle next to the player if Campfire is installed. Tell other followers to wait in another room or far away when your character does their lovey-dovey business with the vamp. - Moved Blackreach/Alfthand commentary from "Elder Knowledge" quest to "Seeking Disclosure" in case the player hadn't done that quest yet while looking for the Dragon Elder Scroll, - More Alfthand commentary when visiting for the first time, - Moved dialogue branch for "Whats on Your Mind?" "The Tale of the Tongues" is for Dragonborn/MQ players as well, conditioned to only occur after the main quest. - Added Old Hroldan Inn as an excluded inn from Serana's sleeping feature. Sticking with the Dawnguard-side NPCs for now, this first implementation should highlight my design philosophy for future NPC interactions. - The player will no longer be able to steal Serana's horse. - Patch functionality was fixed- it should now do its thing properly. - A new "Trust" conversation, which aims to solve a DG plothole. I mean- it doesn't make sense for a vampire thousands of years old to only know a measly Vampire Drain and Raise Zombie, right? * Even with that considered, this mod will still continue to be developed and updated with a plethora of new content in the future. - Serana will break up with you if she finds out you are already married. -Tweaked alias fill conditions for SDA_NPCBanterMain quest, to make sure it fires off properly and correctly. if you have Skyrim Special Edition you use SE (Special Edition) mods on nexus , if you have Skyrim Legendary Edition you use LE (Legenday Edition) mods on the nexus , i dont think there is LE version for "serana dialogue addon" , so make sure of that foremost , then you get load order when you manage multiple mods trough a Mod Manager like MO2 (Mod Organizer 2) this way you have multiple mods . If you have downloaded the Wintersun patch(s) - please re-download the new versions, as they've been edited to reflect this compatibility change as well. - Completely redid revoice implementation.
