Vescera, 92, of Worcester passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Rose Monahan in Worcester with family by his side. Belonged to Vernon Hill Post with him. Paul is survived by his devoted wife and partner, Shirley; his son Douglas R.E.
