I'd switched to Obscures overhaul a while back, but I found I really missed the under-courtyard greenhouses and botanical stuff from Immersive. The creator says they designed the patch by making one of these two creations the base for each of the mages colleges rooms, then taking certain features from the other to fold into those rooms. Then I installed WI, then installed WI+ICW+ELFX patch, then moved the separate NPC ESP from ICW AFTER the others in the load order (as instructed to keep changes to NPCs) and it loaded OK.
